UpLift Digital Marketing Agency - Content Ethics Policy

1. Foundation and Purpose
UpLift Digital is committed to conducting all business and delivering marketing services in alignment with our core conservative Christian values and ethical principles. This Content Ethics Policy ("Policy") defines the scope and boundaries of the content, campaigns, and creative materials we will produce, manage, or promote for our clients. By engaging UpLift Digital for Services, the Client acknowledges and agrees that all deliverables must comply with the moral and ethical framework outlined herein.

2. Ethical and Moral Standards The Agency will operate under the guidance of conservative Christian principles, prioritizing content that promotes dignity, responsibility, and wholesome community standards. This framework dictates that we must decline any engagement or content requirement that contradicts these deeply held beliefs.

3. Prohibited Content and Promotion UpLift Digital explicitly reserves the right to refuse or terminate any project or service that requires the creation, promotion, or support of content deemed inconsistent with our values. This includes, but is not limited to, content that promotes, encourages, or normalizes the following:

3.1 Lifestyle and Identity
- LGBTQIA+ Lifestyles and Advocacy: Content promoting or encouraging lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender, queer, intersex, asexual, or any related non-traditional identities or lifestyles.
- Sexual\Content: Explicit language, nudity, sexually suggestive material, or content promoting promiscuity.

3.2 Substance Use
- Alcohol and Drinking: Promotion of alcoholic beverages, heavy drinking, or products whose primary purpose is related to excessive alcohol consumption.
- Smoking and Vaping: Promotion of tobacco products, vaping devices, e-cigarettes, or related paraphernalia.
- Illicit Drug Use: Any content related to illegal drugs or the misuse of legal substances.

3.3 Activities and Behavior
- Gambling: Promotion of online or physical gambling, sports betting, or games of chance.
- Violence and Hate: Content that encourages violence, hate speech, discrimination, or illegal activities against any group or individual.
- Blasphemy and Profanity: Content containing excessive profanity or material that is deemed blasphemous, sacrilegious, or directly mocks religious faith.

4. Client Acknowledgment and Compliance By signing an SOW or engaging the Agency, the Client warrants that:
- All Client Materials and the intended purpose of the marketing campaigns adhere strictly to this Policy.
- The Client will notify the Agency immediately if any campaign or content requirement potentially conflicts with this Policy.
- The Agency holds the sole discretion to determine whether specific content or promotion violates these ethical standards.

5. Right to Refuse or Terminate Service If, at any point during the term of an SOW, the Agency determines that the Client's requested Services or content requirements violate Section 3 of this Policy, the Agency shall have the right to:
- Immediately suspend the Services and notify the Client in writing of the violation.
- Require the Client to revise the content or scope to bring it into compliance within five (5) business days.
- Terminate the SOW and this Agreement for cause if compliance is not achieved, in which case the Client shall remain liable for all fees accrued up to the date of termination.
